| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区老年高血压患者的健康教育效果。方法分析社区老年高血压患者临床资料,依据社区老年高血压患者是否实施健康教育分为对照组（常规治疗组）76例和观察组（常规治疗联合健康教育组）100例。结果观察组高血压患者24h动态血压监测情况优于对照组,SF-36量表各维度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论健康教育老年高血压患者可以提高临床疗效和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach Effect estimation of health education of community elderly patients with hypertension. Methods To retrospective analysis clinical data of older hypertension in our hospital,which was to be divided into control group（Conventional treatment group）76 cases and detection group（Conventional treatment and Health education group）100 cases. Results The 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of detection group were better than control group,SF-36 scale dimension score were better than control group,P0.05,differences were statistically significant. Conclusion To increase clinical efficacy and quality of life of older hypertension the quality of life by Health education,which was to be used. |
