70例急性脑血管病偏瘫患者早期康复治疗疗效观察

背景]探讨早期康复治疗方法对急性脑血管病偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复及日常生活活动(ADL)能力的作用.病例报告]选择急性脑血管病偏瘫患者105例,均为首次发病者,随机分为康复治疗组及对照组.康复治疗组患者在常规内科治疗基础上,给予规范的康复治疗,以运动疗法为主;对照组患者给予内科常规治疗.测试每例患者在治疗前、2周、1个月及2个月时ADL能力和神经功能缺损评分.康复治疗组患者1个月及2个月时ADL及运动功能的恢复均明显优于对照组.讨论]早期康复治疗对急性脑血管病患者ADL和运动功能的恢复具有促进作用.

Therapeutic survey of early rehabilitative intervention for 70 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease paralysis

BACKGROUND To discuss the role of early rehabilitative intervention on recovery of limb function and activities of daily living(ADL) in acute cerebrovascular disease paralysi patients. CASE REPORTS 105 cases of first-onset patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. Medicinal routine treatment was carried out in the control group only, but in the rehabilitation agroup the standard rehabilitative treatment (cinesiateics mainly) was performed except for medicinal routine treatment.The activities of ADL and motor function were examined as to be selected, two weeks, one month, and two months. The activities of ADL and motor function in the rehabilitation recovered were better than that in the contrast as one and two months, respectively. DISCUSSION Early rehabilitative intervention had a satisfactory auxo-action on ADL and motor function in acute cerebrovascular disease patients.
