21例重度妊高征合并胎盘早剥的观察及护理

目的通过临床观察,探讨重度妊娠高血压综合征合并胎盘早期剥离的有效护理措施,提高早期诊断率和降低围产儿死亡率。方法回顾分析21例重度妊高征并胎盘早剥的临床资料。结果 21例患者均行剖宫产术,2例行子宫切除,无孕产妇死亡,围产儿死亡6例,占28.57%。结论严密观察病情变化,监护孕妇生命体征及胎儿宫内窘迫情况,重视患者主诉,加强心理护理是及早预防和发现胎盘早剥,子痫和出血性休克最有效的护理措施。提前做好术前术后各项抢救准备,及时手术终止妊娠是确保母婴平安的关键。

Observation and Nursing of 21 Patients with Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome and Placental Abruption

Objective To explore the effective nursing measures of severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome complicated with placental abruption by clinical observation,so as to improve early diagnosis rate and reduce perinatal infant mortality. Methods The clinical datas of 21 cases of severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome complicated with early placental abruption were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 21 patients were operated with cesarean section,of whom 2 cases received hysterectomy,and no pregnant women died. 6 cases of perinatal infants died,with 28.57%. Conclusion The most effective nursing measures of early prevention and finding of cental abruption,eclampsia and hemorrhagic shock include close observation of diseases,monitoring maternal vital signs and fetal distress,focusing on patients＇ chief complaints,and strengthening psychological nursing. The key to ensure mothers and infants safe lies in preoperative and postoperative rescue preparation in advance,and timely pregnancy termination.
