慢性应激促进肿瘤转移的研究进展

肿瘤转移是肿瘤恶性化发展的重要环节，也是肿瘤治疗失败的主要原因。目前有关肿瘤转移的成因说法繁多，相关的治疗手段也非常有限，因此寻找肿瘤转移的原因发现新靶点尤为迫切。大量临床调研表明慢性应激是促进肿瘤发展的重要原因。以慢性应激为出发点分析肿瘤转移相关的机制成为当前研究的主要趋势。本文对当前慢性应激调控肿瘤转移的研究做简要综述，并对当前存在的治疗手段进行评价，为肿瘤治疗提供新思路。

Research Advances in Chronic Stress Promoting Tumor Metastasis

Tumor metastasis is an important part of the malignant development of tumors, and it is also the main reason for the failure of poor tumor prognosis. At present, there are many theories about the causes of tumor metastasis. However the relevant treatment are very limited, so it is particularly urgent to discover new targets of tumor metastasis. A large number of clinical studies have shown that chronic stress is an important reason for promoting tumor development. Therefore, the analysis of the mechanism related to tumor metastasis from the starting point of chronic stress has become the main trend of current research. In this paper, we briefly review the current research reporting chronic stress-regulated tumor metastasis, and evaluate the current treatment methods, providing new ideas for tumor treatment.
