| 摘 要： | 本文分析了吉林省和龙县2591名朝汉族中老年人高血压危险因素,结果表明,朝鲜族高血压患病率是汉族的129%,经单因素和多因素回归分析,性别、年龄、胆固醇水平、体重指数、吸烟、饮酒与高血压的发病呈正向联系,研究结果也表明,造成朝汉族高血压患病率种族差异的主要原因下是种族因素,而是以上危险因素在朝汉族中的分布不同所致.

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the risk factors for hypertension in 2,591 Korean and Han peoples aged 40 to 89 years old in Helong County Jilin Province, The results showed that there was higher prevalence rate of hypertension, in Korean people than in Han people. It was found that the sex,age,serum cholesterol level,body weight index,smoking and alcohol were positively correlated with the prevalence rate of hypertension, Food with less meat and fresh vegetables could also be the risk factor. The higher prevalence of hypertension in Koean people was not due to the national specif ity, but was closely related to having more riks factors for hypertension than in Han people. |
