透析患者动静脉内瘘连续和间断缝合效果的临床评估

目的 评估两种不同缝合术对动静脉内瘘成形术的手术成功率及瘘管年通畅率,总结治疗经验,以期进一步提高手术效果.方法 回顾性分析我院5年来380例前臂桡动脉一头静脉内瘘成形术患者的临床资料,比较间断及连续动静脉吻合术对手术成功率及瘘管年通畅率的影响并作统计学分析.结果 两种缝合术对一次手术成功率明显影响,间断缝合术瘘管1年通畅率好于连续缝合术.而性别、年龄、肾功能等因素对手术成功率及瘘管年通畅率均无影响,缝合方式、血管本身条件、血管吻合技术是导致手术失败及瘘管闭塞的重要影响因素.结论 间断缝合术因为良好的吻合口径而优于连续缝合术,应作为动静脉内瘘血管吻合方式的首选.

Different suture techniques for arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients
