| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胎盘植入保守治疗的方法和疗效。方法:对17例剖宫产、自然分娩后诊断为胎盘植入的患者,给予米非司酮口服、氨甲喋呤、子宫部分切除、介入治疗、宫腔镜电切术等保守治疗,B超及血β-HCG监测。结果:17例胎盘植入患者均保守治疗成功。结论:对胎盘植入保守治疗是一种有效且人性化的方法,重在预防和提高产前诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the implant of placenta increta conservative treatment methods and curative effect.Methods： seventeen patients with natural childbirth after cesarean section diagnosis of placenta increta pa-tients,given mifepristone influences oral ammonia armor receie benzopyrazine uterine partial nephrectomy interven-tional therapy hysteroscopy electricity cut method etc.conservative treatment.B-super and blood β-HCG monitor-ing.Result： 17 cases placenta increta patients were conservative treatment success.Conclusion： the placenta increta conservative treatment is an effective and humanized method on prevention and improve prenatal diagnosis rate. |
