手术患者留置导尿管的护理进展(综述)

留置导尿是大手术前一项必要和重要的护理措施。通过查阅相关资料,并结合临床经验,现对手术患者尿管的选择,留置尿管的时机,导尿管置入长度、气囊注入成分及量,一次性尿袋更换时间,导尿管的拔除时机选择等方面进行综述,以期为指导护理人员提高手术患者留置尿管的护理效果及减少并发症的发生提供循证支持。

The Nursing Process on Indwelling Catheter of Surgical Patients

Indwelling catheterization is an important and necessary nursing measure before a major surgery.With reference to related material and on the basis of clinical experience,factors including catheter choice,the opportunity of indwelling catheter for a surgical patient,the length of a catheter,the ingredients and amount in-jected into a gasbag,the replacing time of a disposable urine bag,the removing time of an indwelling catheter,etc are summarized in the paper,which might be a certificated support for nurses in enhancing the nursing effec-tion of indwelling catheter and decreasing the incidence of complication.
