| 摘 要： | 该文论述了合肥市某三级综合性医院利用自己的独特优势自创1.5+1.5全科医学培训模式,在卫生部全科医学医师培训细则基础上,借鉴美国ACGME家庭医师培训计划及毕业后医学教育全球标准,不断创新,探索出一种适合社区卫生服务发展的全科医师培训模式。探讨了创新社区卫生服务的途径。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the practice of a third Grade general hospital in Hefei,which through using their own unique advantages（with two independent community health service centers） has created the 1.5 ＋1.5 own model.The hospital,based on general medical physician training regulations by the Ministry of Health,drawing on the U.S.ACGME family physician training programs and graduate medical education of global standards,has explored general practitioner training implementation suitable for a community health service development.This paper analysizes strengths and difficulties and brings forth the applicable mode for the geeneral medicine training.Innovative community health service routes have been explored. |
