老年患者心脏直视术后的气道护理

目的:探讨老年患者心脏直视术后的气道护理方法。方法:总结了34例老年患者心脏术后的气道护理。包括术前呼吸功能的锻炼,术后适时正确的吸痰,按需进行气道湿化,及时协助排痰,指导患者有效的咳嗽咳痰。结果3:4例患者中2例因痰液黏稠不易吸出行气管切开,延长机械通气时间80~120小时,余均恢复良好。结论:加强老年患者术后呼吸道的管理,保证气道通畅,可预防和减少气道并发症的发生。

Airway Care of Aged Patients after Open Heart Surgery

Objective： To investigate the methods of airway nursing in elderly patients after cardiac surgery.Methods： 34 cases of elderly patients after cardiac surgery were analyzed.The airway nursing methods including preoperative respiratory function exercises,postoperative suction,airway humidification,helping to expectoration,guiding the patient to cough correctly and so on were implemented.Results： There were two cases underwent tracheotomy for thick sputum which had a 80-120 hours＇ time of mechanical ventilation longer.All of other ones made a good recovery.Conclusion： It could prevent and reduce airway complications when we keep the airway patency and strengthen the postoperative respiratory management of elderly patients.
