| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨连续性血液净化治疗恶性综合征合并多脏器功能衰竭的临床观察及护理。方法:回顾性总结1例因精神病药物所致恶性综合征合并多脏器功能衰竭患者,行连续性血液净化配合药物治疗的效果观察及护理。结论:恶性综合征合并多脏器功能衰竭患者病情危急,治疗护理难度大,连续性血液净化治疗、细致有预见性的病情观察及科学的护理方法是其治疗护理成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective： to study the clinic observation and nursing about malignant syndrome combined with multiple organ failure treated with continuous blood purification.Methods：to look back a case of effect observation and nursing about a patient of malignant syndrome combined with multiple organ failure,resulted from psychiatric drugs and treated with continuous blood purification.Conclusion： the state of illness is urgent and quite difficult to be treated and nursed,and the key to successful treatment and nursing is continuous blood purification,meticulous and foreseeing observation and scientific nursing methods. |
