| 摘 要： | 目的:分析脾切除加门奇断流术对肝硬化合并门脉高压及上消化道出血的疗效。方法:对22例肝硬化门脉高压致急性上消化道出血行脾切除加门奇断流术进行回顾性分析。结果:22例术后上消化道出血均停止。随访2个月～4年,无再出血,肝功能正常或好转,无肝性脑病发生,无死亡。结论:脾切除加门奇断流术是治疗门脉高压症的有效术式。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the efficiency of portal-azygous disconnection with splenectomy for treating hepatocirrhosis with portal hypertension and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made on the results of 22 patients with hepatocirrhosis with portal hypertension and acute massive upper gas-trointestinal hemorrhage who were treated with portal-azygous disconnection with splenectomy in our Hospita1.Results： The group of 22 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is stopped.Followed up for 2 months to 4 years,no further bleeding,liver function was normal or improved without hepatic encephalopathy and no death.Conclu-sion： The portal-azygous disconnection with splenectomy is an effective operational way for portal hypertension. |
