TURP术后排尿困难的原因及治疗

目的:探讨良性前列腺增生症行TURP手术后排尿困难的原因和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析21例良性前列腺增生症患者行TURP手术后出现排尿困难的临床资料。结果:21例患者中尿道水肿6例;前列腺组织残留2例;尿道狭窄5例;膀胱颈口瘢痕挛缩3例;神经源性膀胱功能障碍5例。20例治愈,1例予膀胱造瘘。结论:尿道水肿、腺体残留、尿道狭窄、膀胱颈挛缩、神经源性膀胱功能障碍是TURP术后排尿困难的主要原因。正确的术前检查及术中、术后处理是预防的关键。

Cause and treatment of dysuria after transurethral prostatectomy

Objective：To study the cause and treatment of dysuria after transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）.Methods：The clinical date of 21 patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） were analyzed retrospectively.Results： The cause of dysuria after transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） were urethral edema for 6 cases,residual prostatic hyperplasia for 2 cases,urethual stricture for 5 cases,bladder neck restriction for 3 cases and neuropathic bladder dysfunction for 5 cases.20 cases had been cured,1 cases had been treated with cystostomy.Conclusions：The main cause of dysuria after transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） were urethral edema,residual prostatic hyperplasia,urethual stricture,bladder neck restriction and neuropathic bladder dysfunction.The key to prevention is correct preoperative examination and correct operational or postoperative treatment.
