良性前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎58例治疗分析

目的:探讨良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并慢性前列腺炎(CP)治疗方法和疗效。方法:对58例良性前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎患者,年龄56～79岁,前列腺重量为35～74.8g,采用开放手术治疗20例,前列腺汽化电切(TURP)治疗38例,23例患者术前口服抗生素1～2周,35例术前口服ɑ1受体阻滞剂治疗。结果:所有患者均一次手术成功,术后均排尿通畅,24例患者出现膀胱痉挛,无严重并发症发生。结论:对于良性前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎患者,术前口服抗生素和选择性ɑ1受体阻滞剂,术中行前列腺汽化电切,术后以胆碱能受体阻滞剂预防膀胱痉挛,安全,有效。

The treatment for 58 benign prostatic hyperplasia accompanied by prostatitis

Objective：To evaluate the treatment method and clinical effect of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） accompanied by prostatitis.Methods： The total number of patients was 58.The range of patients＇ age was 56 to 79 years and the range of the prostate weight was 35 to 74.8 grams.20 cases were treated by open prostatectomy,38 cases were treated by transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）.23 cases received oral antibacterial,35 cases received oral selective ɑ1-receptor blocker before operation.Results： All patients were operated successively.Bladder spasm occurred in 24 cases.No severe complications occurred.Conclusion： It＇s safe and effective to take oral antibacterial and selective α1-receptor blocker before operation,take TURP,and take oral cholinergic receptor blocker postoperatively for the BPH patients with prostatitis.
