发热与手足口病(EV-71)合并病毒性脑炎相关性研究

目的:研究发热与手足口病(EV-71)合并病毒性脑炎相关性,为临床早期诊断重型手足口病提供指导。方法:回顾研究某院手足口病住院病人1097人,合并病毒性脑炎425例,符合入选条件374例,分析发热与病毒性脑炎相关性。结果:手足口病(EV-71)发热超过39℃2天以上和/或发热38.5℃超过3天以上,大多并发病毒性脑炎,对临床早期判断重型手足口病有指导意义,重型手足口病早期应用静注免疫球蛋白预后好。

Correlation Studies of Fever And Hand-Foot-And-Mouth Disease (EV - 71) Combined with Viral encephalitis

Objective： To study the correlation between fever and hand-foot-and-mouth disease（EV-71） combined with viral encephalitis,in order to provide guidance for early clinical diagnosis of severe HFMD.Meth-ods： retrospective study of 1097 HFMD patients hospitalized from March 2010 to November 2010,among which 425 patients were identified to be combined with viral encephalitis.374 patients accord with selected conditions.Correlation studies were made between fever and viral encephalitis.Results： Those who had had 39 ℃ fever for over two days and/or 38.5℃ for over three days were mostly infected with viral encephalitis,which is of vital sig-nificance for the early diagnosis of severe HFMD.Early venous transfusion of immunoglobulin proves to be effec-tive in prognosis for severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease.
