泰诺感冒咳嗽糖浆治疗小儿上感疗效分析

目的　评价泰诺感冒咳嗽糖浆治疗小儿上感的疗效。方法　采用t检验和卡方检验 ,对泰诺感冒咳嗽糖浆组 (治疗组 )和小儿速效感冒冲剂组 (对照组 )共计 65例上感患儿治疗前后的上感症状 (发热、咽痛、咳嗽、鼻塞、肌肉酸痛、流涕、乏力和纳差 )进行统计分析。结果治疗组总有效率为 94.2 8% ,对照组总有效率为 73 .3 3 % ,两组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　泰诺感冒咳嗽糖浆在退热、缓解咳嗽、鼻塞和增加食欲等方面较小儿速效感冒冲剂具有更明显的疗效 ,是治疗小儿上感的理想药物

Efficacy analysis of Tylenol Cold and Cough Syrup on children's common cold

Objective It is to study the effect of Tylenol cold and cough syrup on common cold of children. Methods Sixty five patients were divided into two groups. Treatment group were treated with Tylenol Cold and Cough Syrup and control group were treated with Syrup for the Quick Treatment of Children's Common Cold. Symptoms such as fever, sore throat, coughing, nasal congestion, muscle pain, runny nose, tired and poor appetite were analyzed with t test and χ 2 text. Results Total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.28% and that of the control group was 73.33%. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Tylenol Cold and Cough Syrup has efficacy on fever, cough, runny nose, poor appetite and etc. It is an ideal drug for children's common cold.
