穴位按压配合西药治疗口腔复发性溃疡62例

目的:观察中医穴位按压配合西医对复发性口腔溃疡的远期临床疗效.方法:将62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组采用自我保健疗法按压相关穴位,配合西医全身补充维生素B族和锌,溃疡局部硝酸银烧灼;对照组只采用西医治疗.结果:治疗组总有效率93.5%,对照组为71%,两组对比差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论:中医穴位按压配合西医治疗对复发性口腔溃疡远期有较好的疗效.

Observation on the curative effect of recurrent ulcer of mouth with the health self- care therapy of intergratal traditional and western medicine

Objective:To observe on the long-term effect of recurrent ulcer of mouth with the therapy of health self-care.Methods:62 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(n=31) adopted the therapy of health self-care and acupoint massage and supplement of vitamin B and zinc.Ulcer location was cauterized with toughened silver nitrate Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.5%,71% in control group,significantly difference between two groups, P <0.05.Conclusions:The health self-care therapy of integratal traditional and western medicine had better curative effect for the recurrent ulcer of mouth.
