| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外敷土大黄叶对阑尾周围脓肿的疗效。方法将两种外敷药土大黄叶和芒硝随机将40例病例分组使用,进行对照观察。结果应用土大黄叶治愈率达90 % ,芒硝治愈率达60 %。肿块缩小与时间曲线图,土大黄叶组明显优于芒硝组。结论土大黄叶治疗阑尾周围脓肿其疗效高,副作用小,应用简便,费用低微而占优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effects of external application of leaves of Nepal dock for the treatment of periappendical abscess.Methods 40 cases of periappendical abscess were randomly selected and treated respectively with external application of leaves of Nepal dock and mirabilite or the observation of their effects. Results The cases treated with leaves of Nepal dock achieved a cure rate of 90%, while the cases treated with mirabilite achieved a cure rate of 60%. The swelling-diminishing and time graph of the former group was better than that of the mirabilite group. Conclusion The treatment fo periappendical abscess with leaves of Nepal dock is better in effects, small in side effects, easy in use and cheap in cost. |
