临床医师留学期间临床与基础研究工作情况分析

目的：了解我院临床医师在国外参与临床与基础研究工作情况。方法：对有留学经历的临床医师随机问卷调查，内容包括留学人员在国外从事临床或基础研究分布情况及归国后取得的效益。结果：在调查的91名留学人员中，有33人从事临床研究工作，占调查总人数的36．3％，有58人从事基础研究工作，占调查总人数的63．7％；90．9％的从事临床研究的人员归国后开展了临床新技术方面的工作，31％的从事基础研究的人员归国后发表了3篇以上英语论文。结论：临床医师留学期间多数从事基础研究工作，如何做到按需派遣，学用一致值得深思。

Analysis on Clinical and Basic Research Distribution of Clinical professionals During Their Study Abroad

Objective: To understand the research field distribution of clinical professionals during their study abroad. Method: Questionnaires were sent randomly to clinical professionals who had experience of studying abroad. Results: Among all the 91 responders, 33 of them, accounts for 36.3%, were engaged in clinical research, 58 persons, accounts for 63.7%, were engaged in basic medical research; 90.9% of the clinical researchers developed new treatment methods after they came back from abroad, 31% of the basic medical researchers published more than 3 papers in English. Conclusions: More than half of clinical professionals were engaged in basic medical research during their study abroad, this phenomenon is worth pondering deeply over how to dispatch and what to learn so that to meet hospital's needs.
