| 摘 要： | 目的：观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效。方法：100例患儿随机分为2组，治疗组采用双歧杆菌四联活茵片联合蒙脱石散治疗，对照组采用抗病毒加蒙脱石散治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率（98％）明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。结论：双歧杆菌四联活茵片蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效显著。
