| 摘 要： | 几年前西北五省眼科学术会议决定对春季结膜炎进行研究。印制了统一登记表格,规定诊断睑结膜型要有典型的大乳头。当时我们即按规定的统一标准诊断、分型。但是在我们的“春季结膜炎120例病理分析”中,镜下发现一些小乳头除淋巴细胞浸润以外,和典型大乳头一样亦有许多嗜酸性白细胞浸润。病理证实春季结膜炎在睑结膜上不仅有大乳头,同样有小乳头。这样一来,感觉到有必要对春季结膜炎进行深入研究观察。然后进行了166例临床研究,每一病例都进行裂隙灯显微镜检查。通过研究阐明了如下几个问题。

| Abstract: | According to the resolution of the North-West 5 province ophthalmo-logical conference called a few years ago.typical giant papillae must be takenas an important diagnostic point.In the light of our clinical study upon 166cases several points have been cleared,such as fine papillae appeared first atthe upper conjunctivae sometimes,the fine papillae frequently invade the fo-rnix in chronic and relapsing cases scar and follicle may appear at theupper palpebral and supperficial punctate keratitis is about 90%. |
