枳椇子对CCl4大鼠肝纤维化预防肝组织病理变化的影响

目的 :研究枳子提取物对四氯化碳 (CCl4)诱导的实验性肝纤维化的预防作用。方法 :用CCl4制备大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,分别取组织于光镜电镜下观察。结果 :模型组肝细胞大量坏死 ,汇管区炎性细胞浸润 ,假小叶形成。线粒体肿胀 ,膜不清晰 ,嵴消失 ,内质网扩张明显 ,溶酶体减少。预防组能减轻纤维化时 ,肝细胞的变性坏死及炎性细胞浸润 ,使线粒体膜及嵴恢复 ,减少内质网扩张 ,促进细胞再生 ,阻滞纤维化的发生发展。结论 :枳子具有明确抗纤维化作用 ,4 2 9g生药 /kg预防效果佳。其机理可能与减轻有毒物质对肝细胞的损伤 ,拮抗细胞脂质过氧化 ,稳定细胞膜有关。

Effect of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb on Preventive Hepatic Fibrosis in Rats

Objectve:To study the effect of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb extract on carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4)induced experimental hepatic in rats.Method:CCl 4 was used to induce liver fibrosis in Wisar Rats.Their tissues were taken for detection undere microscope and electron microscope.Result:in model group,hepatic cells degenerated and necrosed,inflammatory cell infiltrated,pseudolobular came into being.Mitochondria swelled and its cristedis disappeared,and endoplasmic reticulum dilatated.In prevented group,hepatic cells degeneration and necrosis was in slight extent,mitochondria membrane and cristedis resumed,dilatation of the endoplasmic reticulum decreased and faciliated the regeneration of the hepatocyte,retard the forming of liver fibrosis.Conclusion:Hovenia Dulcis Thunb can definitely prevent liver fibrosis,and the better concentration would be 15%.The possible mechanism is to reduce hepatotoxic respones,anti-peroxidation of lipid,and stabilization of cell membrane.
