石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定枸杞子中微量元素的含量

摘    要:目的:测定枸杞子中钴、钼、锗、镍、钒、铅、镉的含量,为临床应用枸杞子提供理论依据。方法:石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。结果:枸杞子中7种元素的含量分别是:钴0.091μg/g、钼0.339μg/g、锗0.671μg/g、镍1.095μg/g、钒0.245μg/g、铅0.610μg/g、镉0.030μg/g。结论:枸杞中钴、钼、锗、镍、钒含量较丰富;也含有对人体有害的元素铅和镉。临床应用要依病情适量使用。

Abstract:Objective: The contents of trace elements(Co,Mo,Ge,Ni,V,Pb,Cd) in Frutus lycii were determined.This may provide an important implication for clinical application.Methods: GFAAS Result :the Contents of trace elements are respectively as follow,Co 0.106 μg/g,Mo 0.256 μg/g,Ge 0.544 μg/g,Ni 1.037 μg/g,V 0.430 μg/g,Pb 0.721 μg/g,Cd 0.033 μg/g.Conclusion: The contents of Co,Mo,Ge,Ni and V are rich in Frutus Lycii,there are also many harmful trace elements in it such as Pb,Cd.So Frutus Lycii should be taken properly according to the situation of diseases in clinical application.
