银杏叶总黄酮苷和萜内酯类化合物最佳提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究银杏叶黄酮苷和萜内酯的最佳浸提工艺。方法:用正交试验确定银杏叶总黄酮苷和萜内酯的浸提工艺。结果:最佳浸提工艺为乙醇浓度50%,溶剂比8:1,提取3次,每次1h。结论:该工艺提取的黄酮苷和萜内酯含量最高,成本最低,操作简单。

Abstract:Objective To study the optimal leaching technology of total Ginkgo flavone glycosides and terpene lactones from Ginkgo biloba L, leaves. Methods The leaching technology of total Ginkgo flavone glycosides and terpene lactones from Ginkgo biloba L. leaves were optimized by orthogonal design. Results The optimal technique was chosen as extracting with 50% alcohol, three times for 1 h. Conclusion This method has the merits of low cost and simple operation, Besides, the resin can be repeatedly used.
