跳伞应激在训练中对空降兵心肌酶的影响

The effects of bailout stress on airborne trainees' myocardial enzyme

To probe into the effects of bailout training on the airborne soldiers'adaptabili-ty,we adopted a self-control method using American CCX automatic biochemical analysis instrument to determine the change in airborne soldiers' serum and myocardial enzyme before and after 10 bailouts.The result showed that LDH and CCK didn't change while LD1,CCK-MB, AST increased remarkably after all bailouts and more remarkably after the third and fourth bail-outs(P <0.01) .After the fifth to the tenth bailouts,the increased indexes decreased in somewhat degree compared with those after the third bailout. All above showed that airbrone soldiers might remove the body injure by stress through training. In the meantime, we can choose excellent airborne soldiers with good psychological state according to the increased degree and law of change of every index.
