| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育在中期引产中的作用.方法将中期引产妇女分为实验组(68例)和对照组(70例).对照组进行常规护理;实验组在此基础上根据不同个体、不同阶段增加口头讲解和行为指导的宣教方法.结果 2组分娩时心理状态比较,良好者与较差者例数均有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01);2组平均产程、产时及产后24 h出血量的比较均有显著统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论对中期引产妇女开展系统的健康教育,调动了个体的主观能动性,提高了引产妇女的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of health education in induction of labor. Method Divided women with induction of labor into two groups: experimental group(68 cases) and control group(70 cases). Control group received routine nursing procedures; meanwhile ,on the base of routine nursing ,experimental group received oral explanation and behavior guide according to different individual and stage. Result There were significant differences between two groups in mental status(P <0.0l) ,average delivery time(P< 0.05),perinatal period hemorrhage(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education in induction of labor can arose positivity of women with induction of labor and improve their life quality. |
