Twin-block治疗下颌后缩患者软组织变化的研究

目的观察应用Twin-block功能矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错下颌后缩患者所引起的软组织的变化。方法对20例处于生长发育期且以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者进行Twin-block功能矫治,分别对矫治前、后的头颅侧位片进行HoldawayX线头影测量分析,对其结果进行配对t检验。结果治疗后软组织面角增大明显（P〈0.01）;鼻下点至H线距增加（P〈0.05）;上唇厚度、H角、下唇凸点至H线距以及下唇凹点至H线距（Si-H）均减少（P〈0.05）。结论使用Twin-block矫治器可以令安氏Ⅱ类1分类下颌后缩患者下颌前移的同时减少上、下唇软组织的突度及厚度,改善前突面型。

Clinical Study on Soft Tissue Changes Caused by Twin-Block Appliance in Patients with Mandibular Retrognathia

Objective To investigate the soft tissue changes caused by Twin-Block appliance which were used to treated Angle＇ s class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with mandibular retrognathia. Methods 20 patients in growth stage with Angle＇ s Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion and mandibular retrognathia were investigated. Cephalometric analysis was carried out before and after the treatment of Twin-Block appliance. Data were analyzed by SPSS11.0 system using paired t-test. Results There were significant increases in FH-H＇ Pg＇ angle （ P 〈 0.01 ） and Sn-H （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while 1-LZ and H-H＇ Pg＇ angle and Li-H and Si-H decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Twin-Block appliance can reset the mandible forward on Angle＇ s ClassⅡ division 1 malocclusion patients with mandibular retrognathia, while the thickness of patient＇ s lips decreased and it contributed to a better profile.
