| 摘 要： | 目的观察重组人促红细胞生成素(rhuEPO)对维持性血液透析(MHD)的尿毒症患者血清瘦素水平的影响及其意义。方法38例行MHD的慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者分为不用rhuEPO治疗组和使用rhuEPO治疗组;使用rhuEPO治疗的又分三组(2周组,4周组,8周组),采用放射免疫分析法测定血清瘦素水平。结果使用rhuEPO治疗8周后,血清瘦素水平明显低于治疗前及未用rhuEPO治疗组(P<0.05)。结论MHD患者的血清瘦素水平显著高于正常人群,注射rhuEPO后能显著降低患者血清瘦素水平,但不能降至正常人群的水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of erythropoietin (rhuEPO) on the serum leptin levels in chronic renal failure(CRF)hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods 38cases CRF patients conducted MHD were divided into two groups at random: non- rhuEPO treatment group and treatment with rhuEPO group that include 2 weeks group, 4 weeks group and 8 weeks group. Serum leptin was measured using radioimmunoassay. Results The serum leptin levels were significantly decreased after rhuEPO treatment 8weeks comparing with pretreatment and non-rhuEPO group (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum leptin levels of MHD patients are obviously higher than normal people,rhuEPO injection can decrease the serum leptin level,but not reach normal level. |
