替米沙坦对轻中度高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响

目的:观察以国产替米沙坦为基础的降压治疗对轻中度高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响,探讨替米沙坦降压以外的心血管保护作用。方法:110例1～2级原发性高血压患者,超声检测其颈动脉内中膜厚度,给予以替米沙坦为基础的降压治疗,根据血压的反应加用小剂量的氢氯噻嗪,6个月后超声复查颈动脉情况。结果:110例高血压患者,治疗前与治疗后2、4、8周比较,收缩压及舒张压较治疗前均有明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);替米沙坦治疗6个月后,IMT≥0.9 mm患者的IMT有明显变薄趋势〔治疗前(1.07±0.24)mm,治疗后(0.96±0.17)mm,P<0.01〕;IMT<0.9 mm患者的IMT也有变薄的趋势,但差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以国产替米沙坦为基础的降压方案除具有良好的降压效果外,尚具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。

Influence of telmisartan on carotid intima-media thickness in patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of domestic telmisartan on carotid intima-media thickness in patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension.Method Total 110 patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension were given the antihypertensive therapy based on telmisartan,and added a small dose of hydrochlorothiazide according to blood pressure response.Carotid intima-media thickness were compared before and after 6 months′ antihypertensive therapy.Results After treatment of 2,4,8 weeks,systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 110 hypertension patients obviously decreased(P<0.01).Meanwhile,after six months of telmisartan treatment,the arotid intima-media thickness of hypertension with carotid intima-media thickening decreased (1.07±0.24) mm vs(0.96±0.17) mm,P<0.01];While that of normal carotid intima-media also changed thin trend,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The antihypertensive therapy based on telmisartan not only has significant antihypertensive effects,but also can fight atherosclerosis.
