高压氧对脑梗塞后患者血清一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶含量的影响

摘    要:目的 观察高压氧 (HBO)对脑梗塞后血清一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶含量的影响。方法 将脑梗塞患者分为 HBO治疗组和非 HBO治疗组 ,观察不同病期血清一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶含量的变化 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果  HBO治疗组一氧化氮含量较非 HBO治疗组上升快 ,在治疗后第 15天恢复正常 ,但在 1个疗程 HBO治疗结束后 ,却又有所下降 ;两组一氧化氮合酶含量在治疗后均有上升 ,且未能恢复到正常水平 ,两组之间无明显差异。结论  HBO通过提高 NO的含量 ,减轻缺血区脑组织的损伤 ,改善脑血循环。HBO对 NOS有一定影响 ,但作用不大。应适当延长 HBO疗程 ,尽可能维持血清 NO基态释放量 ,提高受到低氧抑制的 NOS活性

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on the serum contents of nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in patients after cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with cerebral infarction were divided into the group with HBO treatment and the group without HBO treatment, and the changes of NO and NOS in serum were observed during different period of treatment and were compared with normal healthy control. Results The content of serum NO in group with HBO treatment increased more rapidly than that in group without HBO treatment, and it recovered to normal level at 15th day after HBO treatment; but it decreased again after the end of one course HBO treatment. The contents of serum NOS in both groups increased after respective treatment and did not recover to normal level after treament; while there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions HBO could reduce brain damages of cerebral ischemia and improve cerebral blood flow by increasing the content of NO. HBO has little effect on NOS. The course of HBO treatment should be properly prolonged so as to miantain the basic releasing content of NO in serum and raise the activity of hypoxia inhibited NOS as far as possible.
