| 摘 要： | 目的对洋参川芎醒脑片药效学作用进行研究。方法采用自发性高血压(SHR)大鼠模型,以大鼠冠状动脉结扎法建立心肌缺血模型,以颈总动脉结扎法造成大鼠缺血性脑水肿模型,以体外循环法造成大鼠实验性血栓模型,以盐酸肾上腺素法造成血瘀模型。结果洋参川芎醒脑片能显著降低血压、升高急性心肌缺血大鼠血清SOD水平,降低血清MDA水平,降低脑含水量,抑制实验性血栓的形成,降低全血粘度。结论洋参川芎醒脑片具有显著的抗血栓形成、改善脑循环障碍、改善脑供氧状况、消除脑水肿和活血化淤作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacological actions of Yangshen Chuanxiong Xingnao Tablet.METHODS Making the model of spontaneously hypertensive in rats.Making the model of myocardial ischemia in rats by ligaturing coronary artery.Making the model of ischemic cerebral edema in rats by ligaturing carotid.Making the model of experimental thrombus in rats by extrinsic circulations.Making the model of blood stasis in rats by injecting adrenalin hydrochloride.RESULTS Yangshen Chuanxiong Xingnao Tablet can notable reduce blood pressure,increase acute myocardial ischemia blood serum SOD and reduce blood serum MDA in rats,reduce water content of brain,inhibit the form of blood stasis,reduce viscosities of rats whole blood.CONCLUSION Yangshen Chuanxiong Xingnao Tablet has actions of antithrombosis,improve the conditions of disturbance of cerebral circulation and oxygen supplying,eliminate cerebral edema and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. |
