摘    要:目的:优化牛大力总黄酮提取工艺。方法:采用超声提取法,以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇体积、提取时间为考察因素,利用Box-Behnken效应面法优化提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺为乙醇浓度81.07%、乙醇体积21.63倍、超声提取2次、每次52.51 min,温度60℃。在此条件下,牛大力总黄酮提取率达3.81 mg/g。结论:Box-Behnken效应面法优选的提取工艺稳定可行,实验值与预测值相吻合。
