| 摘 要： | 门静脉血栓形成机制复杂多样,深入理解门静脉血栓形成机制有助于正确治疗和积极预防其并发症。我们分别介绍了门静脉血栓的定义、分级、分型、发病机制和急、慢性门静脉血栓的临床表现,着重阐述了门静脉血栓的抗凝治疗、溶栓治疗、肠梗死的治疗和急、慢性PVT治疗的进展情况。
