甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合中药保守治疗宫外孕临床分析

目的 分析甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合中药治疗宫外孕的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年1月收治的宫外孕患者146例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组72例给予甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合应用,治疗组74例在对照组的基础上加用中药化瘀杀胚汤,比较2组的临床疗效、症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况.结果 2组有效率分别为91.5％,72.2％ (P＜ 0.01).治疗组与对照组比较β-HCG值转阴时间、腹痛消失时间、阴道流血停止时间及包块消失时间均显著缩短(P＜0.05).治疗组出现不良反应7例(9.4％)对照组6例(8.3％),2组不良反应发生率比较,P＞0.05.结论 甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮与中药治疗宫外孕,临床疗效确切,症状改善迅速且安全性好.

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone for Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone on ectopic pregnancy.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 146 cases who had ectopic pregnancy treated in our department from January 2009 to January 2011.The 146 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups: 74 cases in the experimental group who were given traditional Chinese medicine combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone,and 72 case in control group who were given Methotrexate and Mifepristone.We compared the therapeutic effect,symptom improvement,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The effective rate was 91.5% and 72.2% in the experimental group and control group,respectively(P<0.01).The the time of β-HCG recovered to normal,the disappear time of stomach ache,vagina bleeding and masses had significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The adverse reactions were found in 7 cases(9.4%) and 6 cases(8.3%) i in the experimental group and control group,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone is notablely effective for ectopic pregnancy,and can rapidly improve the symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
