中枢神经细胞瘤的影像诊断(附3例报告并文献复习)

目的 探讨中枢神经细胞瘤(CNC)的CT和MRI诊断价值。资料与方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的3例CNC的CT和MRI表现。结果 2例位于侧脑室体部均来源于透明隔，分别向一侧或两侧侧脑室内生长，CT为混杂密度，其中1例可见钙化，MRI为混杂信号，不均匀较明显强化。1例位于左侧颞叶，CT可见钙化，MRI可见囊变及环形强化，占位效应不明显。结论 CNC是少见的颅内肿瘤，其发病年龄、部位及CT与MRI表现具有相对特征性表现。

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Central Neurocytoma:A Report of 3 Cases with Literature Review

Objective To discuss CT and MRI findings of central neurocytoma. Materials and Methods CT and MRI findings in 3 patients with pathologically-proved central neurocytoma were retrospectively analyzed and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Results In 2 cases, the lesions were located in lateral ventricle and were originated from the septum pellucidum, extending into uni- or bi-lateral ventricles. The lesion showed a mixed density (n=2) and calcification (n=1) on CT, while displayed mixed signal and marked inhomogeneous enhancement on MRI. In the remaining case, the tumor was located in left temporal lobe, presenting calcification on CT and cystic degeneration, ring-like enhancement on MRI without obvious space-occupying effect.Conclusion Central neurocytoma is a rare intracranial neoplasm. It carries certain characteristics in its occurrence age and the lesion's location, as well as in CT and MRI manifestations.
