| 摘 要： | 对辐射损伤早期和中风患者血小板环核苷酸含量变化作了比较研究，发现两者均有ｃＡＭＰ含量减少和ｃＧＭＰ含量增加的变化，其差别在于前者以ｃＧＭＰ变化为明显，后者以ｃＡＭＰ变化较突出。环核苷酸含量的这种变化可引起血小板血管内凝聚，促成血液高凝状态的发生。在有效治疗后，上述变化发生逆转。

A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE CHANGESIN CYCLIC NUCLEOTIDES OF BLOOD PLATELETS BETWEEN RADIATION INJURIES AND APOPLECTIC STROKE |

| Abstract: | A comparative research has made on the changes in cyciic nucleotides of blood platelets be-tween the radiation injuries in early stage and apoplectic stroke. It is discovered that cAMP re-duces and cGMP increases in the both groups. The chief distinction is that the change in cGMP isevident in the radiation injuries while that in cAMP is prorninent in the apoplectic stroke.Thesechanges cause the gathering of blood platelets in blood vessels and promote hypercoagulability ofblood.The changes above-mentioned reverse after an effective treatment. |
