美托洛尔对缺血再灌注心肌细胞凋亡及凋亡相关基因的影响

摘    要:目的:研究美托洛尔对缺血再灌注过程中心肌细胞凋亡以及对凋亡相关基因的影响。方法:用末端标记原位细胞凋亡法和免疫组化法检测细胞凋亡程度。结果:缺血再灌注组与假手术组相比,心肌细胞凋亡程度明显增加,Bcl-2蛋白的表达都有明显增高,差异具极显著性(P<0.01);美托洛尔组与缺血再灌注组比较,心肌细胞凋亡程度明显降低,差异具极显著性(P<0.01);Bcl-2蛋白表达略增高,差异无显著性(P>0.05)、Fas-L蛋白表达略降低,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:美托洛尔对缺血再灌注过程中心肌细胞凋亡有对抗作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effects of metoprolol on apoptosis of myocardial cells and gene due to apoptosis during ischemia-reperfusion injury.METHODS The degrees of myocardial apoptosis were identified by in situ end labeling and immunochemistry.RESULTS Comparing ischemia reperfusion group with sham operation group,the degrees of myocardial apoptosis improved obviously,the Bcl-2 proteins expression was significantly raised,there was significantly difference(P<0.01);comparing given group with ischemia reperfusion group,the degree of myocardial cells apoptosis was obviously reduced,there was significantly difference(P<0.01);Bcl-2 proteins expression was lightly enhanced,there was no difference(P>0.05);Fas-L proteins expression was lowed lightly,there was no difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Metoprolol has antagonistic action to the myocardial cells apoptosis during is chemia-reperfusion injury.
