糖尿病患者心理状态对治疗依从性的影响

目的　探讨糖尿病患者的心理状态对治疗依从性的影响。方法　采用住院观察、面谈、复诊时询问及随访等方法 ,对 2 2 1例糖尿病患者按照治疗依从性标准进行评定 ,然后从依从性好及依从性差的患者中各选 5 0例 ,采用症状自评量表进行心理状态测定。结果　治疗依从性差的患者SCL 90总分及焦虑、抑郁因子分都明显高于治疗依从性好的患者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　治疗依从性差的患者存在着较严重的心理障碍 ,直接影响患者的治疗依从性和临床效果。

Effects of Psychologic State on Curative Compliance in the Diabetes Patients

Objective To investigate the effects of psychological state on curative compliance in the patients with diabetes. Methods Such approaches as hospitalized observation,intervi e w,inquiry during follow ups were used.221 diabetes cases were evaluated on the basis of curative compliance standards,and then 50 cases were selected from each group of both better compliance and poor compliance,so as to detect the psychol ogic state by symptom self evaluation table. Results SCL 90 scores,and anxious,depressed factors in the cases of poor cur ative compliance were markedly higher than those in the patients of better compl iance( P <0.05). Conclusions The patients with poor curative compliance have mor e sevious psychologic disturbance,thus directly preventing patients from curativ e compliance and clinical efficacy.
