| 摘 要： | 大肠癌在中国呈上升趋势,筛查是早期发现、早期诊断的最佳手段。粪隐血试验(FOBT)以及肠镜检查是最有效的筛查方法。"伺机性筛查"(一种新的、基于临床的筛查模式)符合现阶段我国国情和政策,有必要制定我国大肠癌"伺机性筛查"的指导方案(或共识意见)。此外,应提高内镜下早期发现、早期诊断大肠癌的技术及水平。
