| 摘 要： | 目的通过数理分析探讨小儿肺炎热郁痰瘀相关病机。方法运用关联规则分析277例小儿肺炎发病治疗前症状体征。结果获得关联规则10 697条,最高支持度87%,最高置信度100%,发现其中热、郁、痰、瘀的相关症状体征均呈关联出现,在置信度上,热与郁与痰的关联大于热或郁或痰与瘀的关联。结论在小儿肺炎中,热郁痰瘀证候及其病机存在密切的相互关联性,热郁痰瘀相关病机可作为小儿肺炎的基本病机。关联规则方法可以帮助探索和发现新的疾病本质和规律。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate pathogenesis of infantile pneumonia in Heat-Depression-Phlegm-Stagnation Patterns(re-yu-tan-yu) with mathematical analysis.METHODS Symptoms and signs in 277 cases of infantile pneumonia before treatment were analyzed with association rules.RESULTS Altogether 10,697 association rules were obtained with the highest support 87% and the highest confidence 100%.All the symptoms and signs related to Heat,Depression,Phlegm and Stagnation occurred in association.The confidence values showed... |
