| 摘 要： | 目的通过调查社区卫生服务中心护工手卫生现状,寻找存在的问题,提出管理对策。方法2009年6—9月我们采用自制问卷调查4所社区卫生服务中心护工的手卫生现状及护工洗手设施。结果大多数护工对洗手的重要性认识不够,有53.06%护工不知晓洗手＂六步法＂;接触患者前、接触患者后、接触两患者之间及非工作状态下护工经常洗手的比例分别为21.43%、69.39%、11.22%和86.73%。结论护工的手卫生对控制医院感染有着重要的意义,管理者应加强护工手卫生监督管理,重视护工手卫生知识的培训及掌握洗手技术,能有效控制医院感染的发生。 |
