| 摘 要： | 目的研究T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)在消化道恶性肿瘤疗效评估病情监测中的意义.方法对55例消化道恶性肿瘤患者术前、术后T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs含量进行对比研究.结果术前外周静脉血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs含量为5.01±1.41,术后T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs含量为6.35±0.74,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs含量测定可以很灵敏地反映出恶性肿瘤的切除情况,对消化道恶性肿瘤手术的疗效评估监测具有非常重要的应用价值.
