| 摘 要： | 目的:分析研究2型糖尿病舌脉的表现与证型之间的关系,探索2型糖尿病的舌脉诊治规律。方法:将100例2型糖尿病人根据其舌脉表现分为四型,中药治疗,1个月为1疗程;同时与52例单纯用西药降糖药治疗的对照组对比。结果:以舌脉分型治疗2型糖尿病,总有效率为83％,对照组总有效率为63.5％。结论:舌脉分型治疗2型糖尿病效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the relationship between the tongue and pulse pictures and symptoms in NIDD,and study the regulation of diagnosis and treatment of NIDD. Methods: 100 cases of NIDD divided into four type according to the tougue and pulse pictures . All of them were treated with Chinese medicines on the basis of original therapy. A couse of treatment took a month. As comparison, 52 cases were treated only with western medicines.Results:The total effective rate in group treated with Chinese medicines based on tongue and pulse pictures was 83.0%, while that in control group was 63.5% . Conclusions:The treatment of NIDD based on tongue and pulse pictures may obtain marked effect. |
