| 摘 要： | 用放免法测定了胆道疾病患者空腹血清甘胆酸（CG）值。结果：各胆道疾病组CG值与对照组有显著差异（P＜0．01），CG检出率高达90．4％，优于ALP（50．4％），GGT（65．9％）。确诊率高。故CG值对胆道疾病的诊断有一定意义。

| Abstract: | The serum cholyglycine in patients with bile duct system diseases was measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the value of serum cholyglycine in patients with bile duct system disseases was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects (P<0. 01 ). The diagnostic sensitivity of CG was high to 90. 4 % and higher than that of ALP(40. 4%) and GGT(65. 9%). The positive rate of CG was highest. So the measurement of the serum cholyglycine was a diagonstic value to the patients with bile duct system diseases |
