| 摘 要： | 目的：了解门诊小手术应用抗菌药物现状,调查抗菌药物应用情况及预测分析。方法：选择本院2007年1～8月抗菌药物的门诊小手术临床应用数量、销售金额及百分比,计算抗菌药物应用的总天数、总用药量、限定日剂量（DDD）、用药频度（DDDs）和药物利用指数（DUI）等。结果：头孢菌素类、其他β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用频繁,而青霉素类、氨基糖苷类、其他类抗菌药物使用率低。结论：统计数字明确,能全面客观地反映出目前临床门诊小手术的抗菌药物用药现状。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To study the status quo of the use of antibiotics in outpatients undergoing minor operations and to investigate and conduct a predictive analysis on the clinical use of antibiotics.METHODS：The data about the consumption quantity,consumption sum and the percentage of antibiotics used in outpatients undergoing minor operations between Jan.and Aug.in 2007 were sampled for the analysis of medication duration of antibiotics,total consumption quantity,DDD, DDDs and DUI etc.RESUTLS：Cephalosporins,other β-lactamases and quinolones ranked ahead in terms of DDDs,while penicillins,aminoglycosides and the other antibiotics were low in DDDs.CONCLUSION：The statistic figures can objectively reflect the status quo of the use of antibiotics in outpatients undergoing minor operations. |
