| 摘 要： | 目的提高对胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤(DNT)的临床及影像特征的认识。方法回顾分析5例经手术病理证实的DNTCT、MRI影像表现结果男2例,女3例,年龄14～38岁,平均21.6±8.5岁,临床均以癫痫为主要症状,神经系统检查无定位体征。病变均位于幕上,累及皮层及皮层下白质,颞叶1例,颞顶叶1例,颞叶、额叶两处病灶1例,顶叶1例,枕叶1例。2例CT扫描病变呈低密度,临近颅骨发育不良,受压变薄,未见钙化,5例MRI检查病变形态呈三角形或矩形,T1WI呈低信号,多发微囊呈圆形或椭圆形更低信号,T2WI呈高信号,FLAIR呈高低混杂信号,3例增强扫描,1例呈环状强化,1例条索状强化,1例无强化。结论DNT的临床及影像表现具有特征性,综合判定有助本病的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To promote the recognition of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor(DNT) in its clinical and imaging features. Methods CT and MRI appearance in 5 cases of operatively and pathologically confirmed DNT was retrospectively studied.
