摘    要:采用多学科技术就铬的机体分布及其对代谢的影响、对心肌细胞的生物学作用、对心肌损伤的保护作用及机理进行了系统深入的研究,为铬在生物体内的分布和代谢研究提供了动物实验数据;揭示铬对动物心肌细胞和浦肯野纤维的生物学作用,为抗心律失常、实验性心肌病的研究提供了心肌电生理基础;证实铬对实验性心肌损伤具有保护作用,增强抗氧化功能、改善心肌细胞膜流动性、调整甲状腺激素和心肌环核苷酸代谢紊乱、维持心肌细胞生长是铬抗心肌损伤的重要机制。

Abstract:The distribution of trivalent chromium(Cr 3+ ) in serum and internal organs,biological effect of Cr 3+ on myocardium and protective mechanism of Cr 3+ against myocardial damage were studied by means of multidisciplinary techniques. The experimental data of animals were furnished by the experiment of intraperitioneal injection of different doses of Cr 3+ to determine the distribution and metabolism of Cr 3+ within living thing.Biological functions of Cr 3+ for myocardial cells and cardial purkinje fiber of animals were observed,which provided the foundation that Cr 3+ could antagonize cardiac arrhythmia and abnormally electrophysiological parameter of myocardial cell in experimental cardiomyopathy,and on myocardial damage.To strengthen the activity of anti oxidation enzymes, increase membrane lipid fluidity of myocardial mitochondria,improve energy metabolism, keep growth of myocardial cells and adjust metabolic disorder of thyroid hormone and cyclic nucleotide of myocardium might be the possibly protective mechanism of Cr 3+ against experimental myocardial injury.
