抗菌素诱导的绿脓杆菌色素变异及其生物学意义

摘    要:通过对经抗菌素诱导的绿脓杆菌色素变异株的理化特性、胞外多糖含量的测定 ,探讨绿脓杆菌产生色素变异的生物学意义 ,结果表明色素变异株能耐受高浓度的盐、长时间紫外线的作用 ,并且其耐药谱和耐药性也发生了改变 ;胞外多糖的含量高于原始菌株 5倍 (P <0 .0 1) ,说明细菌在不利的环境条件下通过自我调控 ,改变代谢方式 ,适应环境 ,给临床用药策略造成困难。

Abstract:The paper investigated the biological significance and pigment variation of P. aeruginosa reduced by antibiotics in the light of study on the biochemical characteristic and content of glycocalix of P. aeruginosa pigment mutant. It showed that pigment mutant could grow in the high concentration of salt and by long time effect of ultraviolet. Its drug-resistancespectrum and susceptibilities to antibiotics had also changes. Its content of glycocalix was 5 times as much as that of P. aeruginosa PAO1(P<0.01).It was concluded that bacteria could change its metabolic pathways in order to adapt to the environment by self-regulating in the reverse environment. It was a certain guide significance to clinical therapy.
