67 kDa层粘连蛋白受体在胆囊癌中的表达及意义

目的:研究67 kDa层粘连蛋白受体(67LR)在胆囊癌中的表达情况与其生物学行为之间的关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例胆囊癌、21例慢性胆囊炎及9例胆囊腺瘤组织中67LR的表达.结果:胆囊癌组织中67LR阳性表达率为52.50%,明显高于慢性胆囊炎(P＜0.01),而与胆囊腺瘤差异无显著性(P＞0.05).67LR阳性表达率淋巴结转移者明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P＜0.005).结论:67LR可能在促进胆囊腺瘤恶变以及胆囊癌细胞获得浸润、转移能力等方面起作用.

Expression of 67 kDa laminin receptor in gallbladder carcinomas and its significance

Objective:To investigate the correlation of the expression of 67 kDa laminin receptor(67LR) with its biological behavior of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods:The 67LR protein expression in 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma,21 cases of chronic cholecystitis and 9 cases of gallbladder adenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results:The positive expression rate of 67LR was 52.50% in the cases with gallbladder carcinoma,which was significantly higher than that with chronic cholecystitis(P<0.01),whereas no significant difference was detected between the cases with gallbladder adenoma or carcinoma(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of 67LR in gallbladder carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without metastasis((P<0.005)).Conclusions:67LR may play an important role in both premalignant transformation of gallbladder adenoma and acquisition of the invasive and metastasis ability.
