| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健康教育单在PICC置管老年患者中的应用.方法:将90例PICC置管老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组使用健康教育单对患者进行健康宣教,对照组采用口头式的健康宣教.观察两组患者的心理焦虑状况、术后并发症的发生情况及患者对健康教育的满意度情况.结果:与对照组比较观察组患者心理焦虑状况明显改善(P＜0.05)、术后并发症明显减少(P＜0.05)、患者对健康教育的满意度明显提高(P＜0.05).结论:使用健康教育单对PICC置管老年患者进行健康宣教,能明显提高健康教育的质量和效果,有效保证了护理质量.
